Organic growth intelligence

Know what to work on next.
And why.

OrganicIQ watches your competitors, your search results and the answers AI assistants give — then tells you which page to write, update or merge, with the evidence that led to it. Every recommendation names the pages, the queries and the answers behind it.

No search volumes. No keyword difficulty scores. No estimated competitor traffic. OrganicIQ reports what it can actually observe, and says so when it cannot.

The product

Discover, understand, decide, measure.

Not a toolbox of dashboards to interpret. One pipeline that ends in a decision, with the evidence for it attached at every stage.

Discover

Your competitors’ pages, found through their own sitemaps and robots.txt, then snapshotted so a change can be proven rather than claimed. Competitors you have not thought of are proposed only after OrganicIQ has verified they are real companies in your market.

  • Page inventories, re-read on a schedule
  • New, reworked and removed pages — a removal needs a real 404
  • Competitors discovered from comparison pages and search overlap

Understand

Every page on both sides is clustered into subjects, so your coverage can be compared against the market one territory at a time. Search readings show which pages actually appear for the questions you care about, and what the results are made of.

  • Topic territory map with a coverage status per subject
  • Search presence, new entrants and pages that stopped appearing
  • Search intent read from the pages themselves, not from the wording

See AI visibility

The questions your buyers would ask an assistant, run against the models you choose, with the answer stored. OrganicIQ records which brands each answer names, in what order, and which sources it cites — then finds the sources citing your competitors and not you.

  • Share of mentions across your tracked prompts
  • Citation intelligence, separating provider-attached sources from links in prose
  • Citation gaps: sources that cite them, never you

Decide

One queue, ordered by what deserves attention. Each item carries a recommended action — create, update, expand, merge, differentiate or simply monitor — with the argument for that action rather than another, and a brief assembled from the collected evidence.

  • An action type, a target page and the reason for both
  • Content briefs built from your data, not generated prose
  • Own-page overlap caught before you add a competing page

Measure

Mark work as done and OrganicIQ records what was true at that moment, then compares it again after 7, 30 and 90 days. A metric it cannot read is reported as unknown, never as zero — because “no change” and “never measured” are different answers.

  • A baseline captured before the work, never backfilled
  • Weekly intelligence brief that reports a quiet week as quiet
  • Six report types, printable as PDF with the period on every page

Competitor intelligence

Know when competitors move.

OrganicIQ snapshots the competitor pages it discovers and compares each check against the last one. You see the change, the old value, the new value and the URL.

  • New pages

URLs that appeared in their sitemap since the last check.

  • Major content updates

A rewrite, or a page that grew or shrank significantly.

  • Title changes

Exactly what the title was and what it became.

  • New topic clusters

Several new pages pointing at the same subject.

  • Page removals

Confirmed by an actual 404 or 410, never guessed from a missing sitemap entry.

Content gap discovery

Find what they cover that you don’t.

OrganicIQ extracts topics from page titles, headings, meta descriptions and URL structure on both sides, then compares them. No invented search volume. No borrowed difficulty score.

Missing topics

Topics a competitor covers and you do not.

Shared competitor topics

Topics several competitors cover together.

Emerging topics

Topics competitors started covering recently.

Each gap carries an OrganicIQ Opportunity Score — an internal score built from competitor coverage, your own coverage, content depth, freshness and recent movement. Every score ships with its factor breakdown, so you can see precisely why it is 82 and not 40.

AI visibility

See who AI systems mention instead of you.

Track the prompts your buyers use. OrganicIQ records which brands each answer names, in what order, which domains it refers to and which sources it cites.

An AI Mention Gap is specific:

A tracked prompt where one or more of your tracked competitors appear in the answer and your brand does not. An answer that names nobody is not a gap.

Supported providers

  • OpenRouter · One key, many models. Tracked prompts are answered by the models you enable — Claude, GPT, Gemini, Llama and others — through the OpenRouter gateway.

Every result names the exact model that produced it, and the upstream provider that served it. OrganicIQ measures the models you choose to track — it does not claim to monitor the whole AI ecosystem.

What we will not do

Six numbers OrganicIQ refuses to invent.

Every tool in this market reports figures nobody outside a search engine can verify. These are the ones we leave out, and what you get instead.

No search volumes

Nobody outside a search engine knows how many people type a phrase. OrganicIQ does not show a number it would have to model.

No keyword difficulty

A single score for how hard something is to rank for is a judgement dressed as a measurement. You get the evidence instead: who covers it, how deeply, and how recently.

No competitor traffic estimates

We read competitors’ public pages. That tells you what they publish, not how many people read it, and we do not pretend otherwise.

No guaranteed rankings

OrganicIQ reports observations and recommends work. What a search engine or an AI assistant does next is not ours to promise.

No score without its factors

Every opportunity score opens into the five factors that produced it. A number you cannot interrogate is a number you should not trust.

No empty week dressed up

A quiet week is reported as a quiet week. A brief that always looks busy stops being read, and then the week that matters gets skimmed too.

This is not modesty. A recommendation built on a modelled number inherits its error, and you would have no way to tell. Everything OrganicIQ puts in front of you opens into the pages, queries and answers it was read from.

How it works

Four steps to your first recommendation.

  1. 1

    Add your website

OrganicIQ reads it once to work out what the business does and what it already covers, then shows you what it concluded and the evidence for each conclusion.

  2. 2

    Add or accept competitors

Name the ones that matter, or accept the ones OrganicIQ found and verified. Everything downstream is a comparison against this list, so it is worth getting right.

  3. 3

    Track the questions that matter

The searches your buyers type and the prompts they would ask an assistant. Both are optional, and both make every later recommendation better evidenced.

  4. 4

    Work the queue

Open the action queue. Each item says what to do, which page it applies to, and why that action rather than another. Mark work done and OrganicIQ measures what followed.

Who it’s for

Built for the people who do the work.

SEO consultants

Walk into a client call knowing what their competitors shipped this week and which page to work on next, with the URLs that justify it. Leave with a brief you did not have to write.

Agencies

Run a portfolio side by side, switch between client sites from anywhere in the product, and hand over a branded report with the period and the generated date on every page.

In-house teams

One queue instead of five dashboards. Mark work implemented and the product records a baseline, so next quarter you can show what changed rather than argue about it.

Website owners

Understand where you stand without learning a professional SEO suite. The product tells you what to do and shows you why, in plain words.

Pricing

Plans from £24.99.

One product, three seat sizes and a lifetime option. Every plan includes the whole platform — only the limits change.
